In the world today, technology is everything. From mobile phones to laptops, electric cars, Wi-Fi controlled gadgets, and a home filled with techy stuff. Selling a house might become a frustrating ordeal sometimes for various reasons listed below

  • Having a beautiful home in a bad neighborhood. Buyers might not even want to come to have a look at your property because of your property's location.
  • The time factors. People have busy lives and tight schedules. Taking out time to look at property might be a problem for a buyer.

These and many other reasons are why a seller might get frustrated over the sale of a property. Since the introduction of phones and the internet, life has been a lot easier and you can do a lot with just a touch of a button.

Like every other business, the real estate market has gotten a lot easier to run and operate with the use of modern technology that connects the buyer to a seller. These apps work on smartphones using an Android or iPhone operating system, and they include:

Zillow

Zillow is one of the most popularly used real estate apps that allow buyers access to available homes. Downloading on Android and iPhone is free. Redfin is an app as well as a brokerage firm that offers an estimate on home values that's entirely accurate. Redfin allows buyers to view homes that would be up for sale and it connects to a database of over 70 million homes.

Homesnapp

Homesnapp allows sellers to put up pictures of their home for prospective buyers to have a view about how the property looks. It’s made available to iPhone and Android users, and it’s at no cost. It also provides sellers who are not sure how much their home is worth with estimates of neighboring properties. It’s user-friendly, allows messaging and comes with a sharing feature.
